My name is Joshua “Joshie” Sullivan. I am a journalist/blogger, reviewer, photographer, web developer, ATV Rider, Movie & TV lover, animal lover, proudly Christian, son, brother, uncle, nephew, friend, and more. I am Joshie’s Photography’s owner and lead photographer. I was born in Williamson, West Virginia, but raised in three cities in Kentucky: South Williamson, Turkey Creek, and Belfry. I am thirty-six (36) years old, proudly Deaf (click here to read how to communicate with a Deaf person), and a wheelchair user. I attended five different schools: Turkey Creek Elementary School, Southside Elementary School, Turkey Creek Middle School, Belfry High School, and Westwood College.
As a photographer, I have been a photographer since the year March 2013. I take all kinds of different photos such as portraits (solo, baby/children/tween, headshot, etc.), boudoir (including glamour, lingerie, swimsuit, fine art nude and pinup), group (family, friends, etc.), automotive (old or new cars, trucks, bus/RV/Camper, commercial vehicles such as transport trucks or commercial trucks, ATV, SXS, motorcycle, etc.), event (wedding, party, reception, etc.), street/candid, editorial (magazine, newspaper, a publication, etc.), architecture, landscape/nature, sport, fashion, and style, company/corporation (photos of employee, employer, staff, team, workplace, etc.), business/commercial (photos of products, their service, restaurant’s food, etc.), photojournalism (using photos to tell a news story) and many more, so I am a primarily all-in-one photographer, so any pictures that you need/want I am your guy to get a hold of!
I am located in Belfry, Kentucky, but I serve in many different areas between Kentucky and West Virginia. On Kentucky’s side (around and near): Belfry, South Williamson; Turkey Creek, Forest Hills; Hardy; Stone; Sidney; Blackberry; and Pikeville. On the West Virginia side (around and near): Williamson (east/west); Chattaroy; Rawl; Delbarton; Matewan; and Logan. I occasionally travel outside these areas, such as Charleston/Huntington in West Virginia or Pigeon Forge in Tennessee.
